Isn’t it wonderful?!

To live with wonder is the desire to experience awe in life, its abundance of marvels and mysteries. We are joy seekers, seeking beauty inside life. We are life long learners when we carve into new avenues for growth, understanding and experience. Yoga is such an avenue for encouraging wonder. The layers of this practice remind us of who we are as humans in body and mind and spirit and draws us to not only nurturing that, but recognizing awe in our making. We step onto our mats with curiosity and openness to what will unfold in this moment of meeting. We become tuned to our co-authoring of the writing of our stores. We are fearfully and wonderfully made by God who loves us and we are deeply connected to one another. How we approach our practice is a reflection of how we approach many things in life and over time our practice begins to shape how we live. How we live affects how others live. What we do makes a difference for someone else. This holiday season, may we be sharers of wonder and spreaders of beauty and love as we keep practicing wonder-filled yoga.

In gratitude of abundance of wonder with you,

Jill✨
